Terms

We guarantee to be available the day you book, but if for any reasonable health issues or act of God your photographer becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to replace the photographer with another photographer at no cost to you.

For wedding photography services we require 20 % down payment at the time contract is signed, and 80% two weeks prior to event. Any cancellation will result in loss of deposit unless your date can be booked. We reserve the right to withold a percentage of the deposit up to the full deposit ammount if re-booking your date has caused RJ Photo Galleries to incurre financial loss.

For international services we require at least one month advanced notice and 75% deposit (all other services require 50% deposit) with balance to be paid two weeks prior to departure day. Roundtrip airfare, transportation, lodging and a minimum of two meals a day (lunch and dinner) need to be provided.

Although we go to great lengths to provide ample backup, we cannot be held responsible for damaged or stolen equipment during an event.

Aerial photography requires FAA approval, so we need to know very specific details and iron out any issues before your event takes place. An additional 25% deposit is required on all airplane and helicopter photo shoots.

Full day refers to 8(eight) hours of photography. Additional hours are charged at overtime rate which is 1 1/2 times regular rate. Wedding rates are $93.40/hour regular rate, and $140/hour overtime rate. Increments of 1/2 hour are only acceptable for overtime rates!
